1. Agreement

By accessing TOP Trading Journal you agree to these terms with [Business name]. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is a multi-tenant trading journal for recording trades, setups, journal notes, and optional AI-assisted insights. It is not financial product advice, a broker, or a signal service under Australian law. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account details and keep credentials confidential. Beta access may be limited to an invite allowlist. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Prices, renewals, and cancellations will be stated at checkout. Taxes (e.g. GST) may apply. Configure before charging Australian customers. Refunds follow [refund policy placeholder].

5. Your content

You retain ownership of journal data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to operate the Service (including AI features you invoke). Do not upload unlawful or third-party confidential material without rights.

6. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering beyond permitted law, no interfering with other tenants' data, no using the Service to provide regulated advice without appropriate licences.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude warranties of fitness for a particular trading outcome. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 12 months (or AUD [amount] if none), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Territory], Australia. Courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
